With this 4 session program, Dr. Marci Nelson will review your menopause symptoms, any related physical and mental health challenges, your past medical history, medications and your family history. Together, we will create a personalize menopause plan that provides safe solutions to help you regain comfort and confidence in your daily life. At the end of the program, you will have an evidence-based personlized plan tailored to your needs which you can then share with your own medical provider to help navigate your midlife journey. I will also provide coaching pretaining to presenting this plan to your medical provider in a way that encourages shared decision-making and partnership.
